What counts as a roster entry?
Any person or business you screen: employees, contractors, and vendors. Deactivated entries don't count against your limit.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial is fully functional with no card on file. You only enter payment details if you decide to keep the service.
Is there an annual contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime from the billing page.
Which lists do you screen against?
The federal OIG LEIE (List of Excluded Individuals/Entities), refreshed every month right after OIG republishes it. We don't yet cover state Medicaid exclusion lists or SAM.gov — see our guide to state lists for how to handle those today.
What if my roster is bigger than 500?
